It's been a long time since I've really finished a drawing, and even longer since I've uploaded something here. As such, I really wanted to try a straight up character concept that I would actually fine-tune.
For the character, I wanted to play with the idea of a character who was insane and evil, but had a power that was actually beautiful. Being that I've been doing graphic design for the past two years, I really wanted to also incorporate some typographical elements. Overall I'm really happy with the end result, even if the character ended up looking way more like the Joker than i originally intended.
Comments and critique are encouraged.

Hey Mike! Its been forever!
My suggestions- push lighting and add more straights to your design especially in the jacket and the hands (bad guys typically are more hard edged- while curvyness communicates friendliness.)
I really like his face, its creepy!
